We obviously live in an ever increasing world of information and technology. The average individual that I verbally introduce to C.F.S. has the ability to confirm or disprove any information with a click of a mouse. The  commitment that Rob has placed in building a professional web base for the program and its instructors straightens its validity. As to why I chose C.F.S. may be somewhat unexpected. It had little to do with shooting; (plenty of programs teach that) or Rob's celebrity status. It was the in depth and ongoing study of the "science" behind the development of the program. To my knowledge never before has a defense shooting program been developed around the body's natural reactions. Furthermore, the physiology and psychology research that form the building base of C.F.S is compiled from some of the worlds best authorities. This is not some "feel good" course developed to generate a warrior ego and photos for your scrapbook or office wall. In plain English the program is "common sense defense with a firearm"...
