I know what this program has done for me when it comes to running a gun in the context of self defense with a firearm and I wanted to share that with students.

You hear people say "you will fight the way you train."

Why not train the way you fight? Which includes understanding what your body will do naturally under critical stress and learning to work well with those things.

CFS isn't about teaching students to shoot tight groups on a sunny day on the range while drawing from a holster with no stress involved.

It's about preparing students to run a gun in the context of dynamic critical incident, the worst small slice of time they might ever have to deal with in there life and making them more dangerous to the threat. Ultimately making them safer faster.

In the time I have been certified to teach CFS I have had the opportunity to teach brand new gun owners to SWAT snipers and people all in between. Its great feeling seeing the light bulb go off for a student, watching a student with a lot of training change the way they have "always done something" because CFS and its  methodology showed them a different/better way.
